I’m Jen Fracisco, and I’m running for Apple Valley City Council because I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued.
Throughout my life, I’ve helped people navigate healthcare, technology, government systems, military life, and countless other challenges. No matter the situation, my purpose has always been the same: helping people understand their options, find a way forward, and know they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
I don’t believe leadership is about having all the answers.
I believe it’s about listening first, asking thoughtful questions, bringing people together, and making decisions with honesty, compassion, and transparency.
Because every resident matters.

I love Apple Valley because it's more than a place to live—it's a community.
As our city grows, I want to help preserve what makes it special while making sure every resident feels welcome, informed, and connected.
I've spent my life helping people navigate complicated systems and overcome barriers. Whether someone needed help understanding their healthcare, solving a technology problem, navigating government resources, or simply finding someone willing to listen, I've always believed one thing:
Everything is figure-out-able.
Sometimes we just need someone willing to help us find the way.
